FrançaisTextil Casa Moda, S.L, being a company specialized in the design and manufacture of home textile products with more than 25 years of existence and covering sectors such as decoration, retail chain, furniture, etc … aims to establish and maintain a quality management system that allows for an organized and controlled structure. To this end, it establishes its quality policy and undertakes to:
- Work with the best raw materials and suppliers in order to achieve the highest quality of our products.
- Meet the objectives and expectations of our customers, offering quality products and maintaining a high level of satisfaction of the same.
- Comply with the relevant legal requirements that apply to our products and organization.
- Seek continuous improvement through the periodic evaluation of our management system and through the establishment of improvement objectives
- Keep track of our production process in order to ensure compliance with the specifications, quality and safety of the products manufactured.
- Proveer to the system of human resources and means necessary to guarantee the management of the quality of our products and to elaborate plans of continuous training of our workers.
- Ensure that the development of our activity is carried out under safe conditions for the worker.
- Establish appropriate and necessary communication channels to ensure that all affected parties (customers, suppliers and company personnel) are participants in the principles established in this Policy.
- The management of the company undertakes that this policy is promulgated, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.
